English actor who starred in numerous stage productions and films. His credits include Henry V, The Agony and the Ecstasy, and The One That Got Away.
He studied at the Skinners School and the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art.
He published two autobiographies, Young Gemini in 1979 and Double Bill in 1980.
