About Alexandre Bilodeau

Canadian olympian who made history at the 2014 Sochi Olympics by becoming the first back-to-back gold medal winner in a freestyle skiing event. He won gold for the Moguls event.


Me made his world cup debut at the age of 18 and participated in 11 out of 11 events that year.


His gold medal win in the 2010 Vancouver games earned him the honor of being the first Canadian to win an gold in a Canadian set Olympic games.

His older brother Frederic has beaten the odds by still having the ability to walk in more than double the life time that doctors initially thought. He was told he wouldn t be able to walk by the time he was 12 due to cerebral palsy. As of age 28, he was still walking.
