About Allison Kaden

As a reporter for New York City s WPIX-TV station, Kaden won an NYC Emmy for her “East Side Explosion” news report and was nominated for an Emmy for her “In Depth-Waterfront” piece.


After completing her undergraduate degree in American Studies at Tulane University, she entered the graduate journalism program at Northwestern University. After earning her degree, she began her career with The Bronx s News 12 station.


She was struck by a car in early 2010 but made a full recovery.
