About Angus Fraser

Pace bowler who famously helped England hand West Indies their first loss at Bridgetown in over fifty years in 1994, taking 8 for 75 in the first innings. He was one of Wisden s Cricketers of the Year in 1996.


He was born in Lancashire and attended Gayton High School in Harrow, Middlesex. He made his Test and ODI debuts in 1989.


He was named the Managing Director of Cricket by Middlesex CCC in 2009. He was a cricket correspondent for The Independent from 2002-09.
