Enormously popular Australian YouTube baker of desserts and cakes who runs the channel How To Cook That. She has attracted a following of more than 4.4 million subscribers to her channel, and the channel has been featured by The Huffington Post and Forbes.


She was a qualified food scientist and dietitian before working with youth in a low socioeconomic area. She founded How To Cook That in 2011 after moving to Sydney, Australia with her family in 2009.
