Early life

He played football at Stanford University, where Dennis Green was his head coach. He played for three years, declaring his NFL Draft eligibility after his junior season.


Trivia

He was the eighth overall draft pick in the 1992 NFL Draft by the Atlanta Falcons. He played for the Falcons, Jacksonville Jaguars, and New York Giants through 2006. He officially announced his retirement in 2007. In November 2011, he was inducted into Stanford University s Hall of Fame. In 2012, he officially received his degree in economics from Stanford.
