About Carina Lau

Chinese actress and singer who s notably known for playing Wu Zetian in the blockbusters Detective Dee and the Mystery of the Phantom Flame, Flying Swords of Dragon Gate and Young Detective Dee: Rise of the Sea Dragon.


Her first TV role was Fong Yee in the 1984 TV series The Duke of Mount Deer. She rose to fame after playing Sandy Ngai Chor Gwun in Looking Back in Anger in 1986.


She created her fashion label Anirac in 2015.

Her parents are Wong Fuk Mui and Lau Gwai Ming. She married actor Tony Leung Chiu-wai in 2008.
