Based on the first Carl Jung’s theories, the MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) is a personality test. The Myers-Briggs Personality Test groups people into sixteen distinct personality types.
Four main preferences determine these types: sensing or intuition, extraversion or introversion, thinking or feeling, and judging or perceiving.
Remember, MBTI assessments or the MBTI itself aren’t the final say on someone’s personality type. As it’s on the process of its scientific validity, many find it helpful for understanding themselves and many others persons.
People can create and develop themselves inside their character type by acquiring mindfulness and dealing with their weaknesses.

As a Porto manager, Mourinho employed a diamond 4–4–2 formation, with his midfield consisting of Costinha or Pedro Mendes as defensive midfielder; Maniche and Dmitri Alenichev as wide central midfielders; and Deco on the tip acting as a cohesive unit rather than a collection of inspaniduals, providing Porto with midfield superiority while allowing the full-backs to move forward.
His main idea was to always have an extra man in midfield so as to dominate against English teams which usually played a standard 4–4–2.
Three-time Premier League winner Jose Mourinho began his third spell in England s top-flight when he was announced as Louis van Gaal s successor at Manchester United on 27 May 2016. Mourinho started his Premier League career in London when he was named manager of Chelsea in June 2004 before leaving early into the 2007/08 campaign. He returned to the Blues on 3 June 2013, nine years and a day after getting his first taste of management in England s top-flight. The Portuguese had previously had a semi-professional football career and made his coaching breakthrough in the backroom staff of Sir Bobby Robson at Sporting Lisbon, Porto and Barcelona. After brief but successful stints in charge at Benfica and Uniao de Leiria, he won the UEFA Champions League with Porto in 2004 only a year after lifting the UEFA Europa League in his first full season as manager. He also won back-to-back Portuguese league titles and two domestic cup competitions at Porto before Chelsea came calling. In his first campaign at Stamford Bridge in 2004/05, Chelsea won their first top-flight title for 50 years with a record haul of 95 points. They retained the Premier League title a year later and won the FA Cup and the League Cup twice with Mourinho in charge. Mourinho left Chelsea in 2007 and his next managerial role came with Inter Milan, where he won the Serie A title and the Italian Super Cup in his first season. Inter then retained the title, won the Coppa Italia and the UEFA Champions League in a memorable 2009/10 campaign. Real Madrid appointed Mourinho as their coach in the summer of 2010 and would go on to win the Copa del Rey in 2011 and edge Barcelona to the 2011/12 La Liga title. But after three years at the Bernabeu he returned to England ahead of the 2013/14 Premier League season for a second spell with Chelsea. In his first season back at Stamford Bridge, Mourinho guided Chelsea to third place and four points away from the title winners, Manchester City. The 2014/15 campaign saw Mourinho secure a third League Cup triumph with Chelsea after a 2-0 win over Tottenham Hotspur at Wembley Stadium before a third Premier League title was secured following a 1-0 victory against Crystal Palace on Sunday 3 May 2015. Chelsea s fortunes were to change in the following campaign and Mourinho left the club by mutual consent on 17 December 2015, departing for a second time with the Blues sat in 16th place and one point above the relegation zone. In May 2016, Mourinho signed a three-year deal as manager of Manchester United and it wasn t long before he claimed his first silverware for the club. After beating Leicester City in the Community Shield, the Red Devils defeated Southampton in the League Cup final. The 2016/17 season ended with Mourinho capturing the Europa League trophy following a 2-0 victory over Ajax.
