It was created by a mom-daughter duo, Isabel Briggs Myers and Katharine Cook Briggs, based on ideas from a psychologist named Carl Jung. Think of it like a quiz that shows you what makes you tick!
MBTI doesn’t say you’re “good” or “bad”—it just highlights how you naturally think and act. It uses four pairs of preferences to create a unique four-letter code for your personality, like a nickname for your brain’s style.
