About Yannick Alléno

French chef who has been awarded three Michelin stars throughout his career. He has worked at Pavillon Ledoyen, Le Cheval Blanc, and One&Only The Palm in Dubai. He released several books such as Sauces, Reflections of a Chef in 2014.


He studied at Santo Dumont High School in Saint-Cloud. He started learning how to cook at the age of 15.


He was nicknamed “Prince of the Palaces” by the press since 2008.

His parents ran bistros in Paris suburbs and he was inspired by them to become a cook. He married artist Laurence Bonnel. He has a son named Thomas.
