Academy Award winning assistant director for his work on The Lives of a Bengal Lancer and nominee in the same position for his work on the original The Last of the Mohicans.


He first appeared on screen in the film Stupid, But Brave and had another role early on in International House.


Some of the later movies he worked on include several Stanley Kramer directed films such as It s a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World and The Defiant Ones.
