About Dallas Seavey

American dog musher who won the Iditarod Trail Sled Dog Race three out of four years in 2012, 2014 and 2015. He also appeared on three seasons of the National Geographic Channel reality series Ultimate Survival Alaska.


In 2012, at age 25, he became the youngest person ever to win the Iditarod.


At the 2014 race, he set an Iditarod record with a completion time of 8 days, 13 hours 4 minutes and 19 seconds.

His father Mitch Seavey won the Iditarod in 2004 and 2013. His grandfather Dan Seavey competed in the first two Iditarod races in 1973 and 1974.
