About Damien Trainor

U.K. Muay Thai fighter known for having won multiple world and European titles. He is known for having trained in both England and Thailand and for having earned his red arm band in his final grading. He is also the owner of K-Star Legacy Gym in the UK. 

Early Life of Damien Trainor

Inspired by martial arts movies, at 14 he began studying Thai boxing at K-Star. After dominating the junior ranks, he moved up to the adult level of competition at the age of 16. He then moved to Thailand to continue his training before coming back to the U.K. to fight. 

He is known for having been the English Champion at the age of 17 and the British Champion at the age of 18.
