About Daniel Arsham

Multimedia visual artist who is known for working in a variety of different mediums including performance, architecture, and fine art. He is known for having earned representation from several galleries including Galerie Emmanuel Perrotin in Paris, Bondaroff in Los Angeles and Baro Galeria in Sao Paulo. 


He attended Copper Union in New York where he later earned a Gelman Trust fellowship award in 2003. In 2004, he participated in the group show Miami Nice at Galerie Emmanuel Perrotin which would later represent him beginning in 2005. 


His first stage design for the Australian Merce Cunningham Dance Company was acquired by the Walker Museum and is now housed in its permanent collection.
