About David Benavidez

American professional boxer who leaped to the top of his sport when he took home the WBC super middleweight title in September 2017. Out of his first 21 pro victories, 18 of them were by knockout.


He started boxing when he was just 3 years old and had an amateur record of 15-0.


At age 20, he became the youngest world champion in super middleweight history.
