Popular Israeli-born writer, producer, and director. He directed The Seventh Coin, a film starring Peter O Toole, and produced Basic, a 2003 Samuel L. Jackson and John Travolta movie.


During his time as a sociology, economics, and anthropology student at the University of Haifa in Israel, he founded a theater company.


After attending the University of Southern California s film school, he directed a music video for then-unknown performer “Weird Al” Yankovic.
