About Eilish O Carroll

Best known for her role on the UK sitcom Mrs. Brown s Boys as Winnie McGoogan. She has been part of the various seasons of the show, as well as TV films and specials all relating to the sitcom.


She decided to pursue acting full-time in 1997 after moving back to Dublin from England. She had been a full-time housewife and beer sales representative in England prior to her move.


She created and performed in her own one-woman stage show called “Live, Laugh, Love” in 2012. She performed at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, and did so to rave reviews.
