About Elisabeth Prueitt

Pastry chef who co-founded the award-winning, San Francisco-based bakery Tartine as well as the ice cream shop Cookies & Cream. She is the author of the pastry cookbook Tartine All Day: Modern Recipes for the Home Cook (2017).
