Author and blogger behind Momma s Gone City, a travel and parenting blog which gained viral success after she began documenting the naps of her son, Beau, and dog, Theo, together. It later evolved into the successful photo book Naptime with Theo and Beau.


She began her blog Momma s Gone City in 2009 to stay in touch with her friends and family after she and her husband moved from California to New York so that he could attend school at NYU.


In January 2016, she released the sequel to her first book, Naptime with Theo and Beau, called Bathtime with Theo and Beau.
