This guy is likely ENTJ. Emil is quite the abstract thinker, usually does things "differently" yet is efficient. Ni-Se can observed through his cooking, he doesn't do things based on what has worked or is familiar to him, instead he choosing what he thinks will work. He has an aesthetic sense which is fairly common among NJs and SPs, other instances of Se would be the times he has beaten his cousin and brother at sports, most of the time Emil will say that "it is also my first time doing this" or "those things just come naturally to me", this again can be applied to his cooking and any other activity. Emil doesn't need experience in order to do things and has so far shown no glimpse of Si. I would doubt him being Ne, as his Se is far more visible (but weaker than his Te and Ni). Due to Emily's communication style, Fi seems to be rather poor/inferior as opposed to his predominantly used Te.
