About Rodrigo Huerta

Animator and effects artist who is best known for his work on several DreamWorks feature films including Rise of the Guardians and Puss in Boots. He is also a director is known for having directed the short The Expendables 7. 


He attended Texas A&M University where he first started creating his won comic books called Tinging Foam. He started his professional career as a director and animator, having earned a credit in the 2009 short film Tobacco Man. He was then picked up to by a cycles artist for the 2010 film Shrek Forever After. 


He received an academic scholarship from both Pixar and Song Pictures and earned an additional bachelors degree in Computer Science.
