About Strong Vincent
Lawyer who served as an officer in the U.S. Army during the American Civil War. He died as a result of wounds sustained during the Battle of Gettysburg in 1863.
He graduated from Harvard University in 1959, at which point he became a lawyer in Erie, Pennsylvania.
A statue of him was erected at Little Round Top, where he sustained his fatal wounds, in 1997.
