About Thokozile Masipa
Judge in the High Court of South Africa most famous for being the the presiding judge in the trial of Paralympian Oscar Pistorius. In 2014, she found Pistorius not guilty of murder but guilty of culpable homicide.
She was a social worker prior to her career in law.
She is just the second African American female to be appointed as a judge in the High Court of South Africa.
