About Garry Winogrand
Photographer rose to become famous for his images of life in early 1960s America. He released several photography books and his work has been featured several times at the MoMA, New York.
He worked as a New York City street photographer after studying art at the City College of New York and photography at Columbia University.
His books of photography include the New York-themed work, The Animals (1969), and the Texas Rodeo-documenting collection, Stock Photographs (1980).

He was married three times between 1952 and 1972 (to Adrienne Lubeau, Judy Teller, and Eileen Adele Hale), and he fathered two daughters and one son.
