About Georgia Hubley
American drummer and singer who is one of the original members of the band Yo La Tengo, which she co-founded in 1984.
She met her husband, Yo La Tengo guitarist and vocalist Ira Kaplan, when the two would hang out in the same record stores. Bonding over music, they started jamming together.
She is also an artist and has designed several of the band s albums cover art.
