About Gretel Tippett
Former Women s National Basketball League player who transitioned her skills to netball in 2012. She s played in the ANZ Championship with the NSW Swifts and Queensland Firebirds.
She started playing in the WNBL for the Australian Institute of Sport s team in 2010. She played for the Logan Thunder the year after.
She was named the WNBL s Rookie of the Year in 2011.

Her brother Joel and Kurt have both played in the Australian Football League. She got married to Niko Bueta on March 7, 2020. Their first child was born in January 2021.
