About Henry Nash

Nineteenth-century cowboy, teacher, and miner who belonged to the famous Rough Riders volunteer military unit. He spent his last years teaching school in the Philippines.


After attending DePauw University, he became a schoolteacher in Arizona.


He was a close friend of famous Arizona sheriff, politician, and newspaper man Buckey O Neill.
