About Herb Edelman

Two time Emmy Award nominee for his work on The Golden Girls as the character, Stanley Zbornak who also had a recurring role on St. Elsewhere.


He began his career with multiple guest appearance spots on television including roles in The Reporter, The Nurses, and Honey West.


His first starring role on television came in 1976 when he appeared in the title role of Big John Martin in the short-lived series, Big John Little John.
