IFBB professional athlete whose known as a coach and personal trainer behind the moniker Hope Small Wonder.


She got into fitness in January 2009 at the age of 17 after being tired of getting picked on for being too skinny in high school.


An entrepreneur, she owns her own personal training and contest prep company called Team Smallwonder.
