About Kate Cary
One of four authors who wrote the novels in the popular Warriors series under the collective pen name of Erin Hunter. She published a novel called Bloodline under her actual name and also contributed to the Seekers series.
She wrote her first book when she was just four years old. She later graduated from Royal Holloway, University of London with a degree in history.
Her enthusiasm for writing about wild cats (the subject of the Warriors series) developed from a lifetime of owning domestic cats.
