About Kimberly Hebert Gregory

American actress who began her career in theatre before earning recognition for her role as Dr. Belinda Brown in the HBO comedy series Vice Principals in 2016.


With a passion for acting at a young age, she began starring in theater productions. She graduated from The High School for the Performing and Visual Arts in Houston. She was educated at Mount Holyoke College, where she received a BA in Psychology, and the University of Chicago, where she received a master s degree in Social Work. She also spent a quarter at DePaul University in the school s MFA program.


In 2012, she earned a nominated for a Drama Desk Award for Outstanding Featured Actress in a Play for performance in the production of By The Way, Meet Vera Stark.
