Emmy nominated cinematographer, director, and producer known for his work on the Discovery Channel s Oceans of Air and the films Mysteries of the Unseen World and Wings of Life. He is a pioneer in 24/7 time-lapse filmmaking.


He is credited with transforming 35mm time-lapse photography into an arresting art form available in feature films. His work has influenced high-profile films such as E.T., Independence Day, Twister, Jerry Maguire, and American Beauty to name a few.


He garnered honors and awards including Clio Awards for Best Environmental PSAs, a Truly Moving Picture Award from the Heartland Film Festival, and Best Film Inspiration at the Ocean Film Festival.
