About Mark Quashie

Singer and rapper commonly known as “The Mad Stuntman” who came to fame through his work with the reggae duo Reel 2 Real. He is most famous for the megahit “I Like to Move It,” which topped the charts in several countries and has been repurposed for numerous films, commercials and video games. 


He lived in Sunrise, Florida and Weston, Florida before moving to Brooklyn, New York. His stage name was inspired by the 80s television show The Fall Guy. 


His song “I Like to Move It” was performed by comedian Sacha Baron Cohen in the hit animated film Madagascar (2005).
