About Mohamed Yassin

Palestinian producer and director who is best recognized for his work on several films and television shows. She is known for having directed the series El-Gamaah and Moga Harra as well as the 2005 feature film The Gazelle s Blood. 


He started his career as a second assistant director on the 1986 feature film Manzel Alae ela Almasmouma. He then started working as a producer in 1992 when he produced the made for TV movie Horoob ma a Sabk Al-Esrar. His debut as a director came in 2002 when he made the feature film Divorce Attorney. 


He has won several awards for his work as a director including the Cairo National Festival for Egyptian Cinema award for Best Director in 2003 for his work on Mohami Khulaa. He also won the Cairo Arab Media Festival award in 2010 for Best Historical Series for his work on El-Gamaah.
