Prolific Vine comedian who was known for his brand of feel-good jokes and recurring characters. On Friday February 19, 2014, he passed away due to heart complications at age 35.
Early Life of Nick Spears
He joined Twitter, where he began amassing his social media following, in May 2009. He began performing stand-up comedy in Boise, Idaho.
He appeared in a comedy sketch with his sketch comedy troupe, Lurksquad, that aired on MTV Short Circuitz. He volunteered regularly for the F*** Cancer non-profit organization.
He expressed love to his family members in a note, written in 2002, to be read in the event of his death.
Following his passing, Nicholas Megalis and other Vine comedians shared their support for his family.
