About Patrick Manning
Trinidadian politician who served as leader of the People s National Movement from 1987 to 2010. He was twice elected Prime Minister of Trinidad and Tobago, from 1991 to 1995 and 2001 to 2010.
He obtained his Bachelor s Degree from the University of the West Indies in 1969 and first entered Parliament two years later.
Before entering Parliament, he worked for Texaco as a geologist.
