About Phillip Van Dyke

Actor known for playing Luke in Halloween Town and Halloween Town 2, as well as being the voice of Arnold on Hey Arnold! in the late 1990s. 


His first onscreen role came in 1993 when he played Max Lerner on the show Family Album.


After starring in Halloween Town 2, he went on to make appearances on popular TV shows like Gilmore Girls and NYPD Blue.
