Salvadoran midfielder rose to become 1 of the 14 players to a lifetime ban by FIFA in 2013 for his involvement in a match-fixing scandal. He had previously played for league clubs like San Salvador, Isidro Metapan and the San Jose Earthquakes as well as the Salvadoran national team.
