Former right-handed pitcher who won 22 games in 1983 and was named an All-Star in 1984.


He played baseball at Anderson High School in Cincinnati, Ohio.


He was plagued by control issues, even during his most effect years. He issued a league-leading 106 walks in 1983 and walked 103 batters the following year.
