About Richard Sandrak

Best known by his nickname of “Little Hercules,” this Ukrainian bodybuilder and martial artist was the subject of a documentary film titled The World s Strongest Boy and the star of the 2009 Hollywood 3-D movie Little Hercules. He quit bodybuilding in 2015, citing boredom.


By the time he was six years old, he could bench press 180 pounds.


At the height of his childhood bodybuilding career, he had an extremely low level of body fat (lower than one percent).
