About Sasa Matic

Between 2001 and 2011, Matic released seven pop-folk albums, including Prokleta Je Violina, Zbogom Ljubavi, and X Zajedno. During this period, he also toured both domestically and internationally.

He and his twin brother and fellow singer, Dejan Matic, were born in Drvar, Yugoslavia (present-day Bosnia and Herzegovina) and raised primarily in Belgrade, Serbia. Sasa Matic and his wife Andelija welcomed daughters named Aleksandra and Tara in 2004 and 2007, respectively.

Early in his career, Matic became known for performing the songs of Bosnian folk singer and songwriter Haris Dzinovic.
