About Seamus Mullen
Chef who was one of the three finalists on The Next Iron Chef in 2009. He opened El Colmado in 2013. Its a Spanish tapas and wine bar in New York s Hell s Kitchen.
He found acclaim in 2006 with the Spanish restaurant Boqueria in New York.
He opened his first solo restaurant Tertulia in Manhattan in 2011. It was a finalist for the James Beard Foundation Award for Best New Restaurant.
