About Stew Smith

Professional fitness instructor who has written several books focusing on tactical fitness. He provides different techniques and trainings for a variety of specializations including police, firefighters, and the special forces. He also founded the non-profit organization Heroes of Tomorrow. 


He is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and a former Navy SEAL Lieutenant. He has written and published several books featuring both his experience and training regiments. 


He has a strong social media presence with over 40,000 followers on Instagram. He is also certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and as a military fitness trainer.
