About Andoni Aduriz

Spanish chef who is known for his work at his multi-Michelin star restaurant Mugaritz. He is also known for his spanerse food collaborations including with the marine center AZTI and the Imagineering Institute. 


He started his career as a chef working at the famed El Bulli. In 1998, he opened Mugaritz which went on to win two Michelin stars since 2006. That same year he went on to win his first Chef s Choice Award. 


He is known for being a patron of the Basque Culinary Center and is also a member of the Tufts Nutrition Council at Tufts University.
