Israeli chef who is known for having founded his own self-titled company which has restaurants, an array of cook books, a blog containing recipes, and an online shop. He is also known for his popular Instagram where he shares photos of meals in addition to his food writing for his over 1.5 million followers. 


He first started his self-titled brand in 2002. Beginning with online recipes and a few brick and mortar based restaurants, he expanded and in 2008 started an online web store for the brand as well. 


He is also known for his column in The Guardian where he creates and tests a variety of recipes.
