About Trevor Zegras

Center who has risen to fame for his career playing for for the US developmental squads at the U-17 and U-18 levels. He was later taken ninth overall by the NHL s Anaheim Ducks in the 2019 NHL Entry Draft after committing to play for Boston University in 2019-2020. In January 2021, he won the gold medal at the IIHF World Junior Championships with the United States team. He was named the World Juniors MVP, and tied the Team USA points record during the tournament. 


He played for Avon Old Farms in the Founders League in 2016-2017.


He helped lead the US men s U-17 squad to the gold medal at the 2017 World U-17 Hockey Challenge. He then earned a bronze medal at the 2019 IIHF World U18 Championships.
