About Wesley Nelson

Film and television actor first recognized for his portrayal of Alfie Gough in Where the Heart Is. He then went on to star as Young Ian Dury in Sex & Drugs & Rock & Roll and Jeffrey in the series The Sparticle Mystery.


At only eight years old, he earned his first television role in the TV movie May 33rd.


Afflicted with cerebral palsy, he has become a role model for both children and those with disabilities like his own.
