About Susy Díaz

Former showgirl rose to become a regular guest on television shows like La Casa de los Secretos and became the host of the dance show Tropical Rhythm. She served in the Peruvian Congress from 1995 to 2000.


She grew up in Barranco district of Peru and began working as a secretary at Panamericana Televisión in 1984.


Her political career ended when she was sentenced to three years in prison for bribery in 2009.

She was previously married to Percy Arévalo and television personality Andy V. She has a daughter with composer Augusto Polo Campos.
