About Sydney Romero

Team USA Softball player who would play collegiate softball for the University of Oklahoma. She became a WBSC Junior Women s World Championship gold medalist.


In high school, she batted an astounding .545 over her 92 game career.


She missed her high school graduation to play for Team USA. She and her sister Sierra Romero were featured in a documentary series called Bragging Rights: The Romeros.

She and Sierra played alongside one another for Team USA Softball. They have another younger sister named Sophia and a brother Michael who plays baseball. Their mother Melissa gave all of her daughters the middle name Joy. Their father Mike played baseball for San Diego State.
