About Dominick Cardone Jr.

Professional bodybuilder who is best known as a Project AD Athlete. He is also known as a fitness coach and personal trainer who offers helpful tips and techniques for those working out. He owns his own gym with his friend Oscar Ardon. 


With a passion for exercise at a young age, he began to take weightlifting and bodybuilding seriously. His first competition was at the age of 16 at the NPC Mets. He soon earned a variety of sponsorships through various companies who provide nutritional supplements. He then began competing in the International Federation of Bodybuilding. 


He is best known for his various competitions and performances and is recognized as the 2014 National HW Champion.
